Storage & Consumption

All our products are handmade freshly and are best consumed on the same day of collection. To maintain freshness and quality, please refrigerate the cake as soon as possible after pick-up and keep it refrigerated until serving.

Do not leave cakes unrefrigerated for extended periods. This ensures your cake stays fresh and delicious!

Your order should be collected at the time slot you select when placing your order. If for any reason you are unable to make the agreed time, please inform us at least 3 days in advance.

Change & Cancellation Policy

We take pride in preparing our cakes fresh to order, and your order is reserved with limited space availability. To ensure we can accommodate all requests, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 3 days prior to your scheduled pickup time.

All order change requests or cancellations must be submitted in writing to our email at order@snoozzze.uk.

Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations or changes made after the 3-day window cannot be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
