How far in advance should I place my order?

We welcome orders from 2 days to 2 months in advance. Since our cakes are made to order in limited batches, we encourage you to place your order as early as possible. For urgent requests needed within 2 working days, please send us an email at order@snoozzze.uk and we'll respond quickly to assist you.

Can I order a cake for same-day or next-day pick-up?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer same-day or next-day pick-up as all of our cakes are made fresh to order. We require at least 2 working days' notice for all orders. For urgent requests, please contact us directly at order@snoozzze.uk to see if we can assist.

What payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

When making a payment using your debit or credit card, please ensure your name and billing address matches the card holder address details held by your card issuer.

Can I place a large or bulk order, or request a specific date?

As we operate from a small kitchen, we have limited availability set on our website. If you'd like to place a large or bulk order, or if you need a cake for a specific date that isn't shown as available, please reach out to us at order@snoozzze.uk, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We take pride in preparing our cakes fresh to order, and your order is reserved with limited space availability. To ensure we can accommodate all requests, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 4 days prior to your scheduled pickup time.

All order change requests or cancellations must be made in writing to our email at order@snoozzze.uk.

For cancellations made within this period, we offer a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations or changes made after the 4-day window cannot be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.

Pick-Up

Where do I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order at Snoozzze Coffee, 91 Cowcross Street, EC1M 6BH. Be sure to select your desired pick-up time when placing your order, and arrive on time to collect your cake.

What happens if I’m late for my pick-up?

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing at order@snoozzze.uk. Unfortunately, if you fail to pick up your order, we will not be able to hold if for you or offer a refund. Since our cakes are freshly made, they are best enjoyed on the same day.

Do you offer delivery?

Currently, we do not offer delivery as we care deeply about ensuring our cakes reach you at their best quality. We are exploring delivery options and working on a solution that maintains the care and attention. We hope to offer this service soon—stay tuned for updates!

What should I bring when picking up my order?

Please bring your order confirmation (either printed or on your phone) to ensure a smooth pick-up process.

Cakes

How should I store my cake?

All our cakes are best consumed on the same day of purchase/collection. Please refrigerate your cake as soon as possible after pick-up and keep it refrigerated until serving. Do not leave cakes unrefrigerated for extended periods.

How long do your cakes stay fresh?

Our cakes are best enjoyed on the day of collection, particularly those with fresh fruit and tarts. If you need to store the cake, please refrigerate it and consume it within 24–48 hours for the best quality.

Are your products suitable for people with allergies?

Our kitchen handles common allergens such as dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), eggs, sesame, sulphites, and soya. Cross-contamination is possible, so please take care when ordering if you have allergies. For a full ingredient list, feel free to contact us at order@snoozzze.uk.

Do you offer dietary-friendly options (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan)?

At the moment, we have limited options for specific dietary needs such as gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan cakes. However, we are actively working on expanding our menu to accommodate more dietary preferences. Please stay tuned for updates!
