After moving from Hong Kong to London, my wife and I decided to turn our shared passion for exceptional coffee and pastries into a reality. With years of experience in the hospitality and specialty coffee industry across Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK, we wanted to build something special—a place where people can slow down and enjoy the little moments.

At Snoozzze Coffee, we put our hearts into everything we do, ensuring that both our coffee and cakes are crafted to the highest standard, with the same care and attention we’ve honed over the years.

We’re proud to have our talented Head Pastry Chef leading the kitchen. She trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney and brings over 12 years of experience from renowned patisseries in both Sydney and Hong Kong. Her exceptional skill and creativity allow us to offer pastries that perfectly complement our coffee.
